I just got home from my event planning internship and I'm feeling hopeful about the direction of my project. At first I was unsure about my role . . . and worried about stepping on other people's toes. I talked to my supervisor and now feel a lot better about taking charge and making decisions. Once we get confirmation about our venue I can start contacting potential sponsors . . . I hope there are food tastings involved. xo.
